The Elite Modern spiral stair delivers a stunning feature in both domestic or commercial property. The stair can be built to fully comply with BS 5395 and the most stringent building regulations.
This stair is available in sizes from 1020mm to 2500mm in diameter and is constructed from selected hardwoods, including Beech, Oak and Ash and the finest quality stainless steel.
Every stair is individually hand built to give a precise fit into every location. This means that no matter how simple or complex your requirements, we can build the stair to fit your needs
Because we use an open faced tread design, the stair allows plenty of light to pass through. Together with the stainless steel core and balusters, this gives a clean and bright appearance.

Landings can be built to fit into most situations, utilising round or square holes or by mounting the stair in free space to give a real open plan feel. We can manufacture guarding balustrade to match the stair to continue the look and feel throughout the property
The modern range utilises matching hardwood handrail which is individually CNC machined for each stair to give a precise accurate fit and great finish to this stylish stair.
