Since 2013, our new transcritical CO2 booster system (funded by the German Federal Environmental Foundation DBU) has been in use.

Close association from more than 30 years.

We have been the exclusive distribution partner for Wurm Systeme since 1985. Since that time, Wurm‘s control solu-tions have been integrated into TEKO systems and concepts. The intelligence of the TEKO systems comes from the Wurm control system. The parameters and settings required for this come from 30 years of successful cooperation and close coor-dination between Wurm and TEKO.

Recognized technology.

Well-known retail chains and food companies rely on Wurm technology in conjunction with our refrigeration systems. The suitable switchgear comes from the subsidiary Wurm Schaltanlagenbau, which has been successful on the market for over 40 years. Of course we also supply the hardware and software components separately.

The research and development work is carried out on the basis of real operating data. Wurm continuously supplies software packages that solve current problems.

Perfect solutions for retailers.

Wurm Systeme‘s integrated control system is a central guarantee of success for perfectly chilled food. It optimally controls and permanently monitors the temperature of your chilled goods and documents operator obligations accordingly.

Via software and remote diagnosis, operators, store managers and refrigeration specialists can monitor the temperature data at the touch of a button, evaluate and optimise it clearly and access the legally prescribed temperature documentation in accordance with HACCP. You can monitor and analyze both individual projects and project quantities across retail chains.

100% security of the stored data is guaranteed by the Wurm Security Center. Wurm operates a highly professional, redundant server farm located in Remscheid. The TÜV-certified system stores billions of data points every day. The operator / refrigeration specialist / user receives exactly the data he needs via his individual access and user rights.

Save money.

The cooling of food always involves high energy costs. Energy consumption can be significantly reduced by precisely matched performance to fluctuating cooling requirements – e.g. (un)glazed refrigeration units, defrost cycles, summer/winter operation, peak times, etc. – and this can be achieved through the use of precisely coordinated cooling systems. In addition to the refrigeration system, the ventilation, heating, air conditioning and lighting of the building are major energy consumers.

Thanks to the building management system from GTM (member of the Wurm Group), these trades can be optimally combined with the control of refrigeration systems. You gain a deep insight into energy consumption and key figures of your store or retail chain. This enables you to carry out energy comparisons, implement energy management in accordance with ISO 50001 and avoid cost-intensive consumption such as peak electricity loads.

Future-proof, standardized series.

We have been working intensively with the natural refrigerant CO2 since 2004. Our research and development team has determined the conditions for 100% reliable systems. This contains for example long-term and stress tests with various control methods under common and extreme operating conditions. You can be sure that the components and the entire system are tested and functional.

We have carried out field tests in various market concepts and analysed the results of operator evaluations in collaboration with our contractor partners. Our CO2 series ROXSTA was developed on the basis of this extensive know-how and has successfully established itself on the market for the cooling of foodstuffs. Due to the safety requirements, propane is usually used for outdoor installations. Sys-tems of this kind are frequently used in areas of the process industry or in the air conditio-ning of buildings. The RANSTA series offers you a TÜV-tested safety concept for carefree use.

Ammonia is primarily used in the food in-dustry. Cold storage units, breweries and abattoirs make use of this natural refrige-rant. Ammonia is a low-cost refrigerant with long-term availability.
