ATTENTION OF EVERYONE IN THE ROOM AND MAINTAINED THE
ENGAGEMENT OF THE AUDIENCE WITH HIS EXAGGERATED HAND MOTIONS AND USING A VERY
ANIMATED VOICE TO EXPLAIN HIS THEORIES.
INSTEAD OF GIVING A CLASS OF TEENSA CHAPTER TO READ, DEWITT CREATES
A WHOLE NEW WORLD WITH THE INFORMATION TO MAKE IT EASIER TO UNDERSTAND WHILE AT THE SAME
TIME MAKING IT FUN.

Tips To Classmates...Make sure to be direct and not wonder off to other subjects while presenting to your audience. They will lose focus and get distracted from what you’re trying to tell them.

Be passionate and animated about what you’re talking about and make sure to use clear and to the point wording.

Use illustrations, experiments, props and other visuals to keep the audience engaged and interested throughout your presentation.
Tips To Classmates...
Make sure you’re not using language that’s hard for some of your audience to understand. If you’re presenting to a younger audience, you don’t want to use a complex vocabulary, but if you’re presenting to an older audience you don’t want to make it sound like you’re trying to “dumb it down” for them.
Tips To Classmates...
Don’t put too much on a single slide for your presentation. Get all the information onto notecards and memorize that for your speech. Use your slides for images, titles and topics.
