Several large capacity induction bending machines offering a wide performance range have been installed in Tectubi Tianjin’s fac-tory. These machines are capable of producing elbows with a diameter up to 44” and a wall thickness of 2” at a rate of 4 elbows/hour.

The 4 different models currently operating are:

• mandrel bending and withdraw arm, 900 tons pushing capacity, elbows up to 44” and bends (3D, 5D, 7D) up to 44”• mandrel bending and withdraw arm, 550 tonnes pushing capacity, elbows and bends (3D, 5D) up to 32”• mandrel bending, 260 tonnes pushing capacity, elbows up to 16”• mandrel bending, 90 tonnes pushing capacity, elbows up to 8”

Technical features- main tank capacity 150,000 liters, buffer tank cold water ca-pacity 150,000 liters with cooling tower, 50 seconds max from furnace to immersion.
