Ensamblaje de teclado sobre soporte metálico, mecanizado y conlos acabados superficiales requeridos: pintura epoxi, anodizado yotros. Posibilidad de incluir pernos roscados u otro tipo de insertosmetálicos. También es posible el mecanizado de metacrilatos ypolicarbonatos de espesores superiores a 2 mm.

Membrane switches are assembled on machined metal supportswith a variety of surface finishes including painting epoxy andanodising, among others. Various types of studs, standoffs andother metal inserts can also be added. Acrylic and polycarbonateelements can be machined to any thickness greater than 2 mm.

Mediante embutido en frío de la lámina frontal se consigue darrelieve a la tecla con diferentes formas geométricas y opciones, conla posibilidad de enmarcar la tecla o embutir la superficiecompletamente.

The graphic overlay is embossed to give different geometrical shapesand options to the individual keys. We can either emboss key rimsor emboss the whole key surface.

Blindaje EMI / RFI y ESD Shielding EMI / RFI and ESD

Apantallamiento del teclado por medio de tintas conductoras, queevita problemas de funcionamiento del teclado en ambientes conalto nivel de interferencias eléctricas y magnéticas, para evitar tantola emisión como la recepción de las mismas a la electrónica. Tambiénpuede ser protegido para descargas electrostáticas. Estos blindajesson opcionales, y las especificaciones requeridas podrán seranalizadas con nuestro equipo técnico.

Shielding by conductive inks that eliminate operating problems inenvironments with a high level of electrical and magnetic interference,thereby preventing their transfer to the electronic circuit. Themembrane switches can also be protected against electrostaticdischarges. Shields are optional. Our technical team will be happyto analyse your specific requirements.

Opción de ventanas transparentes para LCD mediante destexturizadofrontal, con posibilidad de filtros de colores. En otras aplicacioneses posible insertar cristales o metacrilatos dentro del teclado, conel fin de aumentar la protección del display o monitor que irá detrásdel teclado.Optional transparent windows for LCDs through front detexturisation,with the possibility of including colour filters. In other applications,glass or acrylics can be inserted into the switch in order to increasethe protection of the display or monitor behind the membrane switch.

Textos intercambiables Insertable texts

Con un mismo diseño de teclado se puede disponer de leyendas,gráficos o colores personalizados. Basta con dejar una ventanatransparente e insertar por la parte posterior el texto requerido encada caso. El texto inicial podrá ser sustituido por otro, o modificado,tantas veces como sea necesario.The same membrane switch design can accommodate personalisedtexts, graphics or colours. Simply leave a transparent window orinsert the text required into the rear of the membrane switch. Thisnew text can be changed as often as you require.

Los cables de conexión se presentan con las siguientesterminaciones: Conector Berg Duflex, Berg Clincher y Nicomatic depaso 2,54 mm., que pueden ser machos o hembras. Terminalesplanos en diferentes pasos desde 1 mm., para insertar en conectorestipo ZIF.Connection cables are supplied with the following terminals: maleor female Berg Duflex, Berg Clincher and Nicomatic connectors(2.54 mm pitch). Teclados luminosos Illuminated membrane switches

La iluminación de un teclado puede ser realizada por varios métodos.El más sencillo y económico, requiere una serigrafía especial y unafuente luminosa de transmisión de luz en la parte posterior delteclado. Otro más complejo requiere integrar una lámina especialque necesita un convertidor con el fin de iluminarla posteriormente.También puede conseguirse integrando leds.Membrane switches can be lit by a number of different methods,the simplest and most economical being a special silk-screen printingprocess and a light transmission source located at the back of theswitch. Another, slightly more complicated method involves a specialplate which requires a converter in order to light it up. Integratingleds can also illuminate membrane switches.

La serigrafía posibilita la flexibilidad que requieren los diseñosgráficos, con textos ocultos, cuatricromía y otras opcionesgráficas.

Silk-screen printed Front Foils and Overlays are similar tomembrane switch overlays, depending on the material used.Polyester is the most wearresistant as regards abrasive products,harsh and environmental conditions. They are used in applicationsthat require other types of contacts, such as microswitches,silicone rubber keypads,...

Silk-screen printing provides the flexibility required by graphicdesigns, with hidden texts, four colour process and other relatedoptions.
