Web 2.0
Web 2.0 is a term describing the trend in the use of World Wide Web technology and web design that aims to enhance creativity, information sharing, and, most notably, collaboration among users.

Web 2.0 Hierarchy
Level-3 only exist on the Internet, grow as people use them (eBay, Wikipedia, del.icio.us, Skype)
Level-2 can function offline but gain advantages from going online (Flickr)
Level-1 can function offline but gain features from going online (Google Docs & Spreadsheets, iTunes)
Level-0 work as well online as off (MapQuest, Yahoo! Local, Google Maps)
