My name is Evgeny Mikhailovich Yarichin. I have a long experience in managingholding consisting of three small innovative enterprises. At present I work at theacademic institute.

We are engaged in the development of a technology for the market of embeddedintelligent vision systems. Our goods ensure complete (semantic) vision control overobjects and space environment in industrial, transport, biomedical and everydayapplications.

We do this better than our competitors, since in-depth investigations into the natureof video-information has allowed us for the first time to develop a well-defined intelligenttechnology of artificial vision.

Our business-model is the use of the development for business organization.At present we are at a stage of the patent protection of the technology.We are in search of $2.100.000 investments for foreign and Russian patenting,

prototype development and small-scale and medium-batch production of intelligentcores of vision systems

This amount will allow us to sell our goods.Our exit strategy: sales and rental fee, entrance to IPO

The technology is defined as a system of procedures for

hierarchical video-information processing.

The structure of an intelligent core of the vision system is like

that of neocortex (brain cortex) that is there are six hierarchy

levels connected by ascending and descending video-

information processing.

The technology is based on the modern paradigm of

information and modern (post-Shannon’s) information

approach that were developed by us and allowed us to define

the main laws and mechanisms to form, weaken and restore

video-information.

Competitive position

It is the only technology based on a well-defined

approach instead of heuristics that ensures a meaningful

and a task-oriented process of intelligent core

construction for any vision system.

Unlike neurobiological inefficient attempts to construct intellect based on

copying anatomical neocortex organization, we have developed and make

the best use of a modern (post-Shannon’s) information approach. This

approach applied to a vision system generates a hierarchy mechanism of

its intelligent core that takes the organization like that of neocortex.

Unlike a technology of algorithmic vision that doesn’t consider information

nature of vision and possesses limited capacities due to intuitive nature

and a host of ambiguities , our technology is a technology of a depth

video-information processing where everything is evident and restrictions

are removed.
