Technology has transformed the way REALTORS® conduct business and REALTORS® are responding by leveraging a wide variety of resources to engage buyers and sellers in ever-evolving ways

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional. These include integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I operate.

That said, I've found that providing the highest level of service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means that it is Vital to keep myself accessible, be a good listener as well as a good communicator, and respond quickly to your needs.

Pinterest, LinkedIn and my Blog. Social media marketing is a powerful strategy that

keeps us in day-to-day contact with other real estate professionals, clients, buyers,

sellers, investors and the community. Social media allows me to instantly inform my network of new listings provide helpful

information, share real estate news or just catch a tip for the day. My social Networking strategies also allow me to generate Online

exposure and increase attention to my websites and listings.

Dulce Ridder is a member of the National Association of Realtors,

Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, Pocono Mountains Association of

Realtors, Lehigh Valley Association of Realtors, and National Association of

Professional Women, Children’s Miracle Network as well as a member of the

RE/MAX organization. These and various other affiliations together with her local

ties to the community and a well-established reputation have created a wide professional network that she is

able to plug into.

I still rely on some traditional and valuable marketing strategies to round out my platform. I find that advertising locally makes that very important tie to the community. That is why I continue to utilize local TV, billboards, restaurant placemats, yard signs, and good old fashioned community involvement as part of my marketing plan.
