1.Extraction Method

To overcome the

Gluten flour is hydrolyzed with Hydrochloric Acid, glutamate is taken out, it neutralizes with alkaline, and MSG is produced.

3.Fermentation Method

By a microbial, L-glutamic acid is produced by fermentation of sugars of raw materials
