Pursuant to Commission Order No. 2017-53, dated January 31, 2017, enclosed for filing on behalf ofSecurus Technologies, Inc. ("Securus" or the "Company" ) please find two copies of the newly revisedversion of Securus'outh Carolina Price List ("Price List"). This updated Price List reflects the additionof Pickens County Detention Facility and includes a rate change for Greenwlle County DetentionCenter. The list also reflects the removal of Abbeville County Jail, Aiken County Detention Center, andFairfield County Detention Center, and sets forth the rates currently charged for inmate callingserwces furnished to the facilities the Company serves in South Carolina. I would appreciate youraccepting one copy of the Price List for filing and returning the extra copy bearing your file-stamp viathe enclosed self-addressed stamped envelope.

Please note that the rates set forth in the Price List are not intended to and do not replace or modifythe Company's Tariff. Rather, this Price List is intended to provide to the Commission and ORS therates currently charged by Securus in South Carolina, including any contractually discounted rates, aspermitted by its Certificates of Authority and its Tariff, but does not alter, amend, or change in anyway the maximum rates approved in the Tariff.
