Not getting food on time or properly Family tensions Traffic issues –

Buying your own property -Long terms home loans
Price of vegetables, petrol, fruits getting high
Become angry Start blaming others Negative thoughts Not able to concentrate properly Fear of not performing well Depress
Divert your mind◦ Fantasy◦ Play some games◦ Do chanting◦ Listen to music
Whenever you want◦ Painting ◦ Picnic, party etc.
Laugh loudly… (not in office)◦ Read jokes◦ Watch comedy movies
1 movie in a week◦ Watch cartoons
Pranayam or yoga◦ This will control your mind and increase your
concentration◦ Only for 10 min
Meditation◦ Watch your breath◦ You can do this while sleeping
Share your problems with others◦ By doing this you are removing unnecessary
matters from your mind Do something which you like the most
◦ Hobby Exercise
◦ 15 to 20 min walk at lunch time or tea time
Positive thoughts◦ Thought become actions actions become habits◦ You will attract positive things in your life◦ Ayurveda says that you can attract whatever you
want, just do the following thing before you go for sleep:
Just hold your nerves of your left hand with your right hand
Say the positive things or whatever you want in your life.

Take your food on time◦ Try to take at least breakfast and lunch on time◦ Don’t watch TV or divert your mind while you are
having it◦ Try to eat fresh food
