Guiding Principles
Proven Shipyard Experience As part of the Fleet Support Group, our San Diego Shipyard is one of the principal MSR providers to the
U.S. Navy. We have completed hundreds of ship repair contracts for the Navy and Military Sealift
Command including Regular Overhaul (ROH), Selected Restricted Availability (SRA), and Dry-dock SRA
(DSRA). We have also completed emergent repair on all types of major surface vessels including CVN,
CG, DDG, LHD, LHA, LSD, LPD, and auxiliary ships. Work included repairs and alterations to a wide range
of Combatant Systems (CS), Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) and Habitability (HAB).

Our Quality System complies with the requirements of the U.S. Naval Sea Systems
Command Standard Items ANSI/ASQC Q9002 and is certified to ISO 9001:2008. Welding
Procedures, Welder Performance Qualifications, and Nondestructive Testing are certified to
the requirements of the U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard, American Bureau of Shipping (ABS)
and American Welding Society (AWS).
