From that moment on the company has been constantly gaining experience in designing and constructing tools for extrusion of plastics.

Nowadays Thermoplast operates with the high-est standards in management and production. As a result, Thermoplast is a recognized and renowned market brand, as well as a valued and trustworthy business partner.

Thermoplast is a partner who extensively carries out individual orders from its clients, from the de-sign and construction of tools, through creation of a prototype, to extrusion of the profile and its fur-ther processing, as well as just-in-time delivery. Thermoplast’s engineers, technicians and techno- logists work is based on understanding and ana- lysis of our clients’ needs, devising and designing optimal solutions for them and attention to every detail which is precisely defined.

I t carr ies out order s for prof i les of t he most atypical shapes and functions for various branches of industry, creating unique profiles which meet their clients’ expectations as far as their material, size and functionality requirements.

In 1999 Thermoplast achieved ISO 9001:2008 cer-tificate and since then all the production proces- ses have been accordingly certified. Thermoplast’s products meet all the criteria of laboratory con-trol, from materials, through ongoing production, to the final product. Modern production lines which operates 24 hours a day, superior quality, consult-ing and servicing are foundations for the position of Thermoplast in the market.

We present only selected, exemplary Thermoplast technical profiles used in refrigeration equipment.

We specialize in producing of plastics profiles by ex-trusion method, on individual orders from our clients.

We will create an original and atypical profile for you in accordance to your expectations, or we will sug-gest a similar one from our offer of standard tech-nical profiles, suitable to your needs. Among our products you will find several hundreds of technical profiles and our offer is constantly growing.

Our profiles can be used in the following fields:

The employment of 23 modern production lines of diverse processing capacities (machines with per-formance from 5 kg/h to 450 kg/h), application of a wide variety of plastics (PVC, ABS, PP, PC, PMMA, PE, PS, PA, SAN, ASA, thermoplastic elastomers), our own div ision of tool construct ion, an R&D division and Quality Control division which operates on the highest standards effect in our clients receiv-ing products which are always of the highest quality.

All our products are in accordance to the EU norms.
