Calderería y Montajes FERGON, S.L. Created in 1999, it is the mother so-ciety of it, and due to its geographical area and its requirements of the professional specialization, the rest of the brands of the group emerged. Constituted by competent professionals, of a process of more than 40 years within the sector it covers, FERGON SL. offers one of the longest ran-ges in the market of industrial solutions on all levels. Fergon Succursal Maroc. It is the branch of Calderería y Montajes Fergon, S.L., created and located strategically in Ouarzazate to offer expert indus-trial services of the parent company exclusively to Morocco. Established in 2013, the Fergon branch Maroc, S.L., relies on an investment in human and material resources which supports the development and the flawless execution of any type of industrial projects in the Kingdom of Morocco.

Thermosolaires & Rénovations S.A.R.L. It is the subsidiary of the group, with headquarters in Casablanca, Morocco. Established by the shareholders of the Group FERGON in 2014, it is a clear bet on the promotion and the investment of resources in industrial and energy projects in the countries where the group is already working successfully. In order to provide a more dynamic and direct service in the area, T&R represents the expe-rience in industrial solutions of the holding FERGON, with its specialty in development, installation and maintenance of thermo solar photovoltaic energy systems.

The FERGON group was regarded as pioneer of various installation and service techniques in the sector, which are evident thanks to its strong bet on innovation.

Orbital TIG Welding> Adaptation of this technology for its application in the prefabrication of HCE tubes of the cylinder-parabolic reflectors for thermal power plants.> Refrigeration and filtration of the air for the ensemble generator and the head of the orbital welding systems. OBJECTIVE > Use in solar cells (under adverse conditions: wind, dirt, etc.)

The union of HCE pipes was traditionally made using a manual TIG welding (Tungsten Inert gas). At FERGON we have developed this technique so that the quality of the final work clearly increases.

Advantages of the automatic orbital welding> It produces high quality welding coils.> None or very low scrap percentage.> The unions are obtained with a high resistance and an important meta-llurgical purity.> Good surface finish.> Welding cost reduction of to 30%.> It is perfect for a responsible welding such as in the case of employees in the energy, nuclear, chemical, aerospace, food and biotechnology in-dustry, among others.
