conf igured to automat ica l ly cont ro l the operat ion of

the luminar ies.

The cold and hot water systems are in accordance with BS 6700, The Water Supply (water f i t t ings) Regulat ions, approved document G3 and al l re levant bui ld ing control requirements. Al l p ipework, f i t t ings, meters and valves used in the water services instal lat ion are WRAS approved. Design f lows of hot and cold water to sanitary appl iances for pipe siz ing, would be based upon diversi f ied demand units.
