Sending « small » parcel to the Venue
You have to inform parcel companies that they have to REGISTER vehicles on line, prior to the delivery, (except for DHL and FEDEX) > on http://logipass.viparis.com (see instructions for use).And that they have to use the delivery access zone at the back of the Congress Center.
A person from your company has to be there for the delivery. For security reason we will refused all deliveries sent to the organization directly.

From SUNDAY 26 to FRIDAY 31 Each attendee will be checked by SECURITY at level 0 (ground floor) :
bagages check and metal detectors.
EXPECT LONGER DELAYS TO ACCESS THE SESSION
Security is everybody’s responsibility > what you can do :
Avoid bringing suitcases to the Session: we have reduced the size of storage in the cloakroom for security reasons.
Please bring a minimum of personal items.
- Remember to collect your items at the cloakroom on the same day during opening hours.
- Comply with security agents during searches,
- Notify security officials of any unusual objects which appear to have been left unattended,
- Report all suspicious objects or behavior to security agents or the police,
- Do not accept to keep any item for someone else.
- Do not allow items to pile up (cardboard boxes, pallets, bags etc.),
- In the event of an emergency –call the police on 17 (or 197).
Security is a collective responsibility. We thank you in advance for your help and understanding.
