The ALE Strand Jacking System comprises of:- Self contained, diesel driven power packs Cable handling and storage systems Central control and monitoring Engineering & Structural Design
ALE’s standard range of strand jacks offer Safe Working Load capacities from 15 to 866† tonnes per jack, coupled with proven standard operating speeds of up to 60 metres per hour with ALE’s diesel driven power packs. Control systems can be as simple or sophisticated as the particular contract demands and range from local to fully remote, operating single or multiple jack arrangements.
Cable recoiling and handling systems can be employed to limit down time between successive operations and optimise cable re-use. Where required, structural frameworks allow jacks to be connected to structures through articulated joints using standard rigging equipment.
