Shirt Units produce beautifully finished shirts to electrify your

shirt department and make it more profitable than ever.

QUALITY is in the DETAILS...Put the power in your hands and we’ll pay attention to the details so you

don’t have to. The Lightning Series is loaded with standard features that

enhance quality and maximize production. The front, back and sides of

a shirt are beautifully pressed by the Contoured Chests, Formed Bucks &

Side Air Bags. As the chests close on to the buck, the back of the shirt is

automatically pulled down by a spring loaded buck plate. Then the rear

chest presses the entire back of the shirt, maintaining Unipress’ high quality

standards. Loading the shirt on the buck is now faster & easier plus

reduces operator training. In addition, the porous side air bags

inflate while applying pressure to the entire side of the shirt. The

sleeves are then finished with steam injection and super heated

air while the sleeve pleats and gusset are pressed by the Pleat

Vent Press (PVP). The amazing combination of these features

produces the highest degree of quality shirt up to a size 20”.
