•  Groups develop into teams in four stages

1.  Forming (ก่อตั้้ง): making new friends, no trust yet,

no roles and responsibilities, leaders directing

2.  Storming (ปะทะ): suggesting ideas, relationship made and broken, resolving differences, good facilitators needed

3.  Norming (สร้างบรรทัดฐาน): knowing individual contributions, agreed rules and values

4.  Performing (สร้างผลงาน): being independent, motivated, confident, respected, collaborating

and communicating, agreed vision & strategy
