A full-time job: I train twice per day, 6 days per week, 11 months per year, with about 250 days of travel. The 5-month Biathlon World Cup tour runs annually from

November through March, with more than 30 competitions in 10 countries.

Hard work pays off: In the final race of the 2019 season I reached my first World Cup podium, taking bronze in the 12.5 Mass Start in Oslo, Norway. It was my 106th World Cup start.
