There’s something for everyone – whether you are looking for weight management, energy, overall body composition, or overall wellness. Nutrition support will continue throughout the season. Improve Your Strength Team members will receive coaching and support to meet their individual fitness goals. Training plans will be provided to each participant and team members will meet throughout the week to train and improve overall fitness. At the end of the season, team members will compete in a local race: 5K, 10K, or half marathon: Let’s do this together!
