Why is it important?In software engineering teams with high level of knowledge sharing, three skills involved in delivering work, namelyTechnology skills + Process skills + Social skillsSocial skills are often not properly communicated and focused on as a vital part of the business delivery process.

What is “Social skills”?“Study after study has shown that teams are more creative and productive when they can achieve higher level of participation, cooperation and collaboration among members” [Druscat and Wolff, 2001]

We define the ability to participate, cooperate and collaborate skills as social skills.
