Expansion & How?
• Uniqlo should not spread out so extensively such as Gap and H&M, but instead, similar to Inditex, they should have a tight grip in 1 particular continent, for example Asia, especially South Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
• Despite having more stores than H&M, most of the stores run by Fast Retailing were not doing well, i.e. COMPTOIR DES COTONNIERS brand that lacks consistent and strong leadership
Exploring New Markets
• South Korea as the next major target market– Massive Expansions– Market as a Japanese brand– Advertising with famous celebrities i.e. SNSD, 2PM
