Reaching out to your team
One day a little mouse living on a farm , spied on farmer and his wife, opening a package. He found that the package contained a mouse trap. The mouse ran to the farmyard, warning everybody.
“There is a mouse trap in the house, there is a mouse trap in the house”
The chicken raised his head and exclaimed” Mr. Mouse I can tell you that it is a grave concern for you, but it has no consequence to me and I cannot be bothered by this”
The mouse turned to the pig and the pig said“ Mr. Mouse, I am so very sorry, but the trap is
of no concern to me either”
The mouse then turned to the bull who said“Sounds like you hve problem, but not one that
concerns me”
The mouse returned to the house feeling dejected that no one help him in his trouble and knowing that he would have to face it all alone.
That night, the sound of the trap catching it’s prey was heard throughout the house. The farmers wife’s rushed to see. However, it was a snake, whose tail was caught in the trap, which later bit the farmer’s wife
The farmer’s wife caught a bad fever and the farmer realised that the only thing that could make his wife better would be would be chicken soup.
So he took his hatchet to the farmyard to get the soup’s main ingredient
The wife got sicker, so her friends started visiting her. So to feed them, the farmer had to butcher the pig
The wife eventually died, many people came to her funeral. So to feed them all the farmer has to slaughter the bull.
So the next time we hear that any of our team mate is facing a problem and think it does not concern us or affect us, lets remember this
When anyone of our team mart is in trouble, we all are in trouble
