The Mexican Railroad - Using the limited materials provided, teams are tasked with creating their very own

railroad which they must then connect with the whole group as one in a final collaborative challenge.

iPad Movie Making - Can you write, finance, direct and act in your very own blockbuster movie?

Thriller! - Transform your colleagues into Michael Jackson zombies and learn to perform the infamous dance!

Commercial Creations - Could you be the next big advertising guru?! Now’s the chance to find out as your

Some of our most popular Energiser & Ice Breaker Events include: Drumming Workshops - You and your colleagues will learn a series of rhythms that together produce

an exciting beat with our Samba or African Drumming workshops. Excellent communication and

listening skills are required to really hone the performance.

The HAKA - Our Haka masters, some of whom are related to the original tribesman who wrote this

Haka, will teach your group the basics of this inspiring tradition.

Boomwhackers - Comprising of brightly coloured tubes, capable of sounding out different notes, our

expert will be conducting your group through some well-known tunes, all in complete synchronisation

with each other.

Happy Clap - Our event staff will distribute coloured gloves to your delegates and these different

colours equal different parts of your clapping orchestra. Amazingly quickly, a whole conference room

can unite in a highly emotive group piece.

Musical Toys - Discover unique sounds with our whistles, squeaky toys, whirly tubes and much more

to collaborate with your colleagues and create the ultimate toy orchestra in this fun and interactive

energiser.

Brilliant Bag Beats - A simple, yet highly entertaining and motivating session! Using inflated black bin

liners, your group will work together to orchestrate a brilliant bag beat.

Balloon Burst - Balloons are a novelty no matter what age you are and our simple yet highly effective

icebreaker uses them as a medium to quickly and efficiently engage your delegates and get them

learning about each other.

Body Percussion - Using your bodies, your group will work together to create music using you as the

instrument! An active session without being too strenuous, creating the perfect environment for

having fun and releasing some energy!

Belbin Team Roles® - This highly valid and reliable tool measures an individual’s behaviour and identifies their

preferred team roles, behavioural strengths and weaknesses. Each of the nine roles is important in the

workplace.

Myers Briggs MBTI® - A popular personality inventory based on Carl Jung’s personality types theory which

sorts individuals according to their preferences along four dichotomies.

EQ-i® - The most widely used tool for emotional intelligence assessment in the world. Through completion of

a self-assessed questionnaire, the tool creates a profile outlining the individual’s social and emotional

strengths and weaknesses in 15 key areas.

Experiential Learning - Experiential learning can be defined as ‘Developing personal understanding,

knowledge, skills and attitudes through the analysis of, and reflection on activity’.

Gallup StrengthsFinder - Do you know your personal strengths? The Gallup StrengthsFinder test will help you

analyse both your strengths and weaknesses.

Bespoke Case Study - Large Full Service Investment Bank

Mission: To help improve communication within a small team of senior staff members. The client advised that although the team worked towards a common goal, there was a communication issue, which

often showed itself in team meetings and on complex projects. Whereas some team members would be happy to discuss their opinion at length, others would hold back and say very little, thus creating an

environment which alienated some and frustrated others.

Accomplished: We designed a bespoke workshop focusing on the client’s key areas of development. The four hour session included a number of experiential learning activities and structured targeted

exercises. After an ice breaker session where delegates were connected to each other and had to work together and initiate plans to release themselves, we ran an activity using Myers Briggs as a basis for

discussion with regards to communication styles. We also designed and delivered tailored experiential activities focusing on listening skills, body language, blocks to effective communication and the importance

of dialogue versus discussion. The workshop was extremely well received by the client who commented that the activities really helped the team to not only understand their own communication style but also

understand others within their team. The various tasks showcased how communication can be improved in the team and ways to combat issues that may arise in the future.

Some of our most popular Green & CSR Events include:

Community Renovation - A rewarding event in which we will source a charitable challenge

for your team to complete in your chosen location or for your chosen cause.

Operation Shoebox - A charitable event in which you and your team must carefully select

which challenges you are going to attempt in order to earn team money to spend on gifts

and items to put in your very own shoebox. A brilliant event available all year round that

ends with all shoeboxes being piled up so your team can see their achievements.

Build a Bike - Your group is split into "workshops" who must each build a set amount of bikes

for a specific charitable project. Each team member will attend different skills sessions in

order for them to learn and collaborate with their other team members to build their bikes.

Swing into Action - Each delegate will be asked to bring 5-10 items of canned and dried

goods which will then form the basis of their golf course. Each team will be asked to create

a hole; they must design and build their part of the golf course and a putter purely out of the

food packaging. They will then combine all their holes to create a mini golf course, each team

will compete to complete the course in the least amount of shots. All the food will then be

donated to charity.

Project Playhouse - The event will begin with each team receiving a basic flat packed

playhouse. By completing various challenges, teams can acquire additional kit, tools and

decorating items in order to complete their playhouse which will be donated to our

recommended charity or one of your choice.

Fundraising Challenge - Teams are tasked with producing innovative and effective new

fundraising concepts to a panel and the ideas voted the best will be put forward to the

charity.

The Crystal Labyrinth - You've seen the original game show, now it's your turn to try and beat the Crystal

Labyrinth! Split into teams you'll take on various activities to try and win crystals equating to precious

time in our crystal dome finale; where the winners will be determined!

Around the World - This fun-filled event allows you to pick and mix from a selection of activities themed

by different countries, whether it’s indoor curling from Canada or traditional drumming from Africa.

Particularly ideal for an international office.

Pick & Mix Activity Day - Feel the adrenaline with our Pick & Mix Activity Day. Activities include archery,

clay pigeon shooting, segways and many more!

Back-To-School Sports Day - Experience a blast from the past in this nostalgic event! Split into teams with

a head boy or girl teams will go head to head against other school houses in various races.

Kit Car Challenge - Our Kit Car Challenge is an innovative team building event in which you and your team

must design, build, and race your very own race cart!

Wipeout Challenge - An exhilarating, motivating and unique event, just like the famous TV show you will

be challenged with multiple courses including the dreaded bouncy balls. It’s all about working together

to survive without being wiped out.

The Krypton Maze - Will your group have the knowledge, physical ability and mental agility to take on

the Krypton Maze? This fantastic team event will see delegates rotate around a series of activities and

games that have been created to test many attributes that relate to the work place.

Classic Treasure Hunt - Can you complete the cryptic treasure trail around your chosen town/city?

Taxi Treasure Hunt - Jump in your black cab and speed around town with your very own cabby chauffeur

to complete the various treasure hunt challenges set out in your pack!

The Ultimate Treasure Challenge - An action packed event that sees guests tackle a bespoke trail as well as

attempting our bag of baffling missions, fun photo challenges, acquiring a whole range of scavenger items

and solving riddles and conundrums, meaning there is plenty to satisfy every team member!

Brit Flick Treasure Hunt - Take a trip to some of the most famous scenes from great British movies. You will

Team Create! - Test your team’s creativity to the max as we let you loose with a digital camera and list of

ambiguous missions to complete including all members fitting inside a red phone box. Our missions are

bizarre, amusing, challenging and best of all can be made entirely bespoke to your team!

Italian Job - Armed with a mission pack and a Mini Cooper, teams must solve various clues set out in their

trail. Can you help Charlie Croker find his gold bullions and crack into the safe?

Cocktail Making Quest - A fun mix of team building and reward for you and your guests. Combining a

Treasure Hunt with a Cocktail Making session. Complete a tricky, cocktail themed trail of questions, as well

as collect a list of novelty scavenger items designed for you to build up an inventory of ingredients, and
