HOW TO DRESS? it is advisable to dress smart and / or casual. In Rome the coldest months are January and February, with variations ranging from zero to 10 degrees.

WHEN? That is an event we suggest for any season! It is unusual to have less zero degrees during the day. November and December are the rainy months. However you can find sunny days even in winter.

WHERE? We have different tours in Rome. We will suggest best tour closest to your hotel and depending your timing and needs.

WHICH MATERIAL WE ARE GOING TO USE? We will give you all the material and instruments useful for this event. Please just pay attention to our suggestion about how to dress

THE AMAZING RACE

A long race one day. The participants, divided

into teams, must pass several tests, comparing on different playgrounds.

Earth, water, wind and "fire" are the central

themes of each activity. On request it is also

possible to insert a fifth theme: the air.

In the latter theme is part of the hot air balloon

flight for the winning team.

TREASURE HUNT

Participants take turns addressing all activities. Each

activity gives a score. The sum of the different scores

to determine the winner. The teams who win will have the opportunity to enjoy (in the formula full) the view of the

lake from the top of martignano. Lake

martignano is one of the most beautiful nature

reserves in Rome!

1 . RATES 1.1 . The costs are only indicative and are confirmed only after a detailed analysis of the needs and location. 1.2 . All costs are VAT INCLUDED . The invoice will be issued with VAT 22% 1.3 . Possible food and accommodation staff are at your expense. There is no fee on Rome . 1.3.1. Full formula (please consider your discount only for prepayments*) € _____________ 1.3.2. Light Formula (please consider your discount only for prepayments*) € _____________ 2 . PAYMENT PROCEDURES 2.1 . Our organization applies the following payment terms: 100 % of the current account must be received at least seven days before the event. 3 . BILLING DATA The billing information (company name, registered office , VAT ) must be communicated to the acceptance of the quotation and related technical notes. The dispute all or part of invoices , requests to change the nominee or to indicate different wording at the services highlighted in order to be accepted, must be taken within ten days of the issuance of the invoice , and not exempt from the payment of a non disputed or the entire bill calling for the change. 3.2 . The non-payment , partial or total of the amounts referred to above points , it will have consequences mentioned in " cancellation fee " and " late payment ". 4 . CANCELLATION PENALTY The cancellation fee from the time of confirmation are: from one to seven days before the event , you pay 50 % of the total service canceled 5 . LATE PAYMENT 5.1. The delayed payment , as required by the " payment processing " involves a penalty equal to € 150.00 for each month of delay , for secretarial expenses , legal and organizational issues. 5.2 .
