Make sure to take each person individually into a secluded room

This makes it all about them and have them fill out everything on top of the loyal costu-mer form before you start,make sure to never keep it quite, and ask questions about their life, eating habits, health, and goals,

As you are listening put products that would be good to meet there needs on the back, at the end of the party when you are unwrapping them make sure you suggest them products to them as "Lets get you started today on these products" That way its not even really an option to be a loyal, your already sealing the deal by telling them what they need, and all you have to do to finish it is get there credit card info.

My story is very interesting and how "It Works" was a blessing in so many ways. I like to begin my journey before I even was involved in this company by starting it with the biggest hardest fear a mother could imagine when I received the news November 14th, 2011 that my daughters father had passed away. You can just imagine at that point in my life I was in the darkest days that I think anyone could ever imagine.  I had many fears including how I was going to provide for my chil-dren, to who was going to take care of them when I worked, and how I was going to pay for a sitter, at times I didn't even want to live myself and wondering how on earth was I going to make it in this world with so much pain in my heart etc.  The only thing I could do at this point was pray to God that there was something more than I had ever been exposed to. A life with positive Godly people, a life where I ran my own time, a life where I could actually care for my children instead of paying someone to, a life that actually made ends meet and that my children didn't feel the effects of knowing how a single mom really live, a life that gave me purpose. Even though I was working as  a Nurse making decent money, it still was not going to give my children the life I really wanted for them.

In February my friend came to me with this business opportunity. I was like most people and didn't even want to hear it. I thought "Wow they got her!! These pyra-mid things never really work, but glad she thinks it will" She was persistent  and at this point I looked at it this way, worse thing that could happen if I do nothing with this business is I get 4 wraps in the $99 starter kit, sell them and make my money back and I break even.

The money is great but it's the people that I have been blessed with that's came into my life and business, that is the real Fortune. I don't know what I would do without these amazing, positive, loving people.  It is a Net "WORKING" business so that means, yes you will have to work at it. You may have your set backs, your negative people, your times of doubt, but you have to keep going and not let them things stop you. You have to "WANT" it, not be content working your 40+ hours and week, or barely making ends meet, you have to want a change in your life and others. We are One Team, we are One Family, we are "It Works" and I am telling you this business Works, and it will change your life, if you want it to. BOOM!!

Lannette Bickel

I was born in Springville, NY on November 16th, a very small town. I am blessed with an amazing family! Family is what we make of it. My parents are divorced; I have an amazing step mom, 4 brothers, and 3 sis-ters. My biological mother is not a part of my life; she was far too busy to be in it.   I have endured several struggles as a child with a mom who abandoned me, as well as many types of abuse, however I decided very young, that those things would not predetermine my outcome, and my view of what the world would be.  I could control how I chose to grow up and what kind of women I would become. Since a very young age, I have had the determination to not allow my past to dictate my future, and was taught by my amazing father to be everything I wanted to be, and to treat others the way I want to be treated. He also told me I CAN, and WILL do what I put my mind to, and he would support me not matter what. He always has told me that if you give from your heart you will receive it full circle back into your heart! A very valuable lesson that not only continues to prove true, but one that I live my life by.   Fast Forward, I have been a product of corporate America, and have been in management most of my Corporate career. In 2005 I was on the front porch of my friends, while she ran to the store. Not only did she come back with groceries, but this HOT man. Jim Bickel. We hit it off quickly and started dating.  His Job was downsizing and he had the opportunity to transfer, so he asked me to join him, I did and now we both live in Indiana.  I now work for one of the biggest car manufacturers with him, and in 2010 we married!  We have 3 amazing 4 legged kiddos, a house, nice cars, a nice walk in closet, and no white picket fence. I thought I was living the American Dream.

This business is going to allow Jim and I, our team and YOU to change many lives, and our own career paths. I too, very soon, will do It Works as my Day Job, Rentals and photography as my "hobbies", and no longer will be accountable for swiping a time clock, and working a JOB that I have to ask to go to the bathroom.  Jim (my handsome hubby & partner in crime) and I are so blessed to be surrounded by such amazing leadership, amazing sidelines and amazing people we haven't met yet! We have this gift in our hands, and get to share this daily! We have seen such amazing things happen to amazing people. We have watched people achieve things someone else told them they wouldn't. We have seen people pay bills they thought they would drown in! I am excited for this journey, changing lives is what we do, both physically and financially! I am so honored to be able to help other It Works people change lives! This opportunity will help me grow, help YOU all grow, help our teams grow. Mark Pentecost has a vision for all of us, and his visions always come true. This is the start of something BIGGER then all of us, and I am honored to share the role of helping everyone else reach their goals, through guidance and education!

Angela Jockett went from a waitress of 19 years to being a very suc-cessful leader with It Works Global for 3 years now.  Mentoring and training 1000’s of average, ordinary, everyday people, like herself, on how to make their dreams come true.She inspires people to be all God created them to be! In her spare time she loves to spend time with her husband and 3 children! She is an outdoors person who loves camping, fishing, boating, beaches, and she also loves to read.

I grew up pretty much in poverty, in a broken home, in and out of different schools, and never making any friends because by the time I was we were moving.  Growing up I told myself I would never let my children experience what I went through as a kid! Thank God and It Works they are not and will never have to nor will my grand-children! Also I have always loved helping people in any way that I can! The problem is most people’s problems boil down to money! It Works is the vehicle for that financial blessing!!!

I want to change as many lives as God will allow me too!!

So I squat down to get into position to take her front "before", I say please lift your shirt so I can get a pic of your belly, so she did and out fell her girls. Then she say oh girl I never wear a bra. It was embarrassing!

CONFERENCE 2014

DD Nikki BrubakerOh boy, conference!! Absolutely can not afford NOT TO GO! I signed in March and was very slow going at first, the cost of conference scared me and I knew I wouldn't have the money..I almost didn't go....I spent pretty much my last dime to buy my ticket...knowing I was going to be short on cash for a couple weeks...but I didn't care, I knew after hearing Mark Pentecost talk about it at City Tour that it would be ok! And i had to believe that! I went as an Executive, got so fired up while there meeting new people and hearing that awesome stories, knowing that I was no different than any one on stage sharing their success...I knew it was so in reach for me too!! It gave me that push to get busy working my business, no more excuses!! I went Diamond February 28th and Double Diamond in May! You have to be there to capture the vision, to feel it!!

Triple Diamond Dorene JohnsonAfter I joined the It Works family June 7, 2011 I knew I wanted to attend conference as soon as they announced the dates!! I told my upline, Tamela Fischer we are going!! So we loaded up the van and took a few others to share the expenses...this is where I found out I was in the right place at the right time!! Fell in love with all the people and I couldn't believe how HAPPY every-one was !!! Lisa and Barry’s group was small but powerful and I even got to attend the Diamond Cruise which is where I got to personally meet Mark Pentecost , Pam Sowder and Dr Don and most of the top leaders. My first conference seems like just yesterday and cant believe I am heading into my 3rd year..my team has grown soooo much since I first started and will continue to move forward with my team. We are heading to the very top! I have such great faith in this company that I just turned in my resignation letter yesterday..I will officially give up my job of a MRI technologist to go all in with It Works on Jan 9 2014..Another reason to celebrate at conference!! Boom!!!!!!

Diamond Janet Luna~How has Conference 2013 changed my life~I am a person who has always stayed at home and worked and no vacation~so my upline talked me into going and I absolutely can say it was best money I ever spent but ~I never been around so many people who where positive~ the women would wait on me~Like I couldn't keep up with the rest of the ladies(walking) and they would Stop and wait on me to catch up~when we was walking down the street~when we where in the room itself the Energy that was in that room~i think you could had used it to run the power in yr house for a month~than all the People who where in the Success Magazine where on screen~ than the next thing I know the person was standing in front of me~I remem-ber reading Jodi Buscher and I said ~I would love to meet her and the next thing I know I met her and had my picture taken with her and I was touched by an Angel~Dorene my upline also took me under her wings and left me room with a Double Diamond upline and she took such good care of me~i felt like Cinderella~Going to a Ball~only we all where good looking and so positive that we where all in the right place at the right time~all of the ladies acted like they where my sisters ~such great filling when yu r hearing all the true stories of everyones jour-ney~~at convention~they all listen when I said ~im tired of dieting ~I just want to fill healthy and so tired of filling bad~~went home from Conference and 6 months later someone says ~when I met you I didn't think you where going to live~i guess I didn't think I was so toxic ~but looking back I was not in good shape~ and coming home ~you have a fire in you cant describe~ since than I cant wait to see all my new friends I have made in the last year~and new ones to discover~It Works changed me for the best thing in my Life~Thank you Lisa and Barry and every It Works Distributor for changing my life
