1.  L’ASS «  Helps create the conditions for people, families and

groups with whom they work to be able to act as agents of their development and to strengthen social ties and solidarity in the places where they live  » (référentiel professionnel AS – Arrêté du 29.6.2004).

2.  It is a force of proposals for the design of social policies, the general guidelines and the missions developed by the organization that employs it.

3.  On the basis of a global and multi-referential analysis of the situation of individuals, families or groups, it carries out the development of a social diagnosis and an intervention plan concluded with the participation of those concerned.

Une approche en plusieurs temps : - ASS1 - A thematic week devoted to territory (ies) ;

- ASS2 – Lectures - Explain the complexity of a territory ;

ASS1 – Territory week…

A multi-stage approach for 5 days and one-off interventions : - Film projection « La guerre des boutons » à Discussion around borders, territory, struggles, identity

- Epistemology of the concept of territory (geo/socio) ; à Cross-disciplinary approach

- Cross-fertilization between professional and academic(ASS MSA) ; à The territory as a lived space

- Debate around the notion of territory ; à What is meant by territory in practice

- Examples of multifactorial situations to be analyzed in groups ;

- Historical approaches (construction of the French territory), economic (DSL), legal (laws of decentralization) . à Presentation of a territory project (development)

Question : Describe the multifactorial aspect of the following projects :

à 9 groups by 3 – 1h brainstorm – Oral rendering (5 mn)

- L’accompagnement d’usagers en rupture de logement (CCAS - SAS Besançon)

- Comprendre et accompagner le périscolaire (Collège Diderot - Planoise) - Développer un lieu de consommation (Associatif - Soléa, Prévention)

- Ouvrir un EHPAD vers l’extérieur (EHPAD Avanne-Aveney ) - Mettre un ESAT en appui sur son environnement (APAEI Sundgau - Dannemarie)

- Développer un GEM en lien avec d’autres structures (GEM Ma Rue Là – Battant)

- Rompre l’isolement de personnes âgées (Pays Horloger)

- Mesurer l’offre autour de la PMI en zone rurale… (CC Vaîte-Aigremont)

- Développer une offre de loisir pour personnes handicapés (ADAPEI Doubs – SLCV)
