    teachers reading and talking. This

    model is a practical way to make

    that happen, bearing in mind how

    little real time there is to do this.

    Teacher Literature Circles groups

    can be formed by whole teams,

    within teams or across teams.

    In some situations, the book itself

    creates the group.In other situations, a group

    chooses a specific bookas they

    feel they will benefit from it.
