“Mesquite ISD provided me with the support, resources, and relationships to take my teaching to a whole new level. When I began my career, I was equal parts excited and scared. It’s terrifying when you realize you don’t know everything. But I was willing to learn, and Mesquite ISD was willing to teach. I have been with my staff now for 10 years, and they have become a second family to me. I can’t say enough good things about this district!”

“I love teaching in Mesquite because
teachers are encouraged to take risks and try innovative
ideas in the classroom. The support I’ve received over the years from my
administration makes me feel valued. Also, ETIP helps teachers improve their classroom
practices and make more money at the same time. Who wouldn’t love that?”
