construction usually around $1.7B In FY2012, GSA requested $840M for all capital

projects, with LPOE’s accounting for $370M. Draft Senate Bill (S1573) has Only $65M

allocated for new construction. Draft House Bill (HR2434) has $0 allocated for

new construction.
