CasingGraaite - composed of equant blue quartz grains (30#), pink and white
feldspar (50^), euhedral to subhedral pale green crystals (feldspar?](15#), hornblende (^-5/0. Small area contains disseminated pyrite. -May be boulder resting on bedrock as no contact apparent in core;however, no water was lost during drilling, suggesting that this ispart of bedrock.
Greenstone - dark green, fine-grained, moderately schistose, chloritic -contains occasional scattered grains of pyrite 20. U f - 1/2" Teinletof granite - coarse grained, composed of pink feldspar and whitequartz.
Greenstone - more schistose; pyrite increases^ quartz stringers morenumerous.
Greenstone - as in section 19 - 21.2.Greenstone - fine grained, highly schistose, chloritic - contains many
small quartz stringers - moderate amount of sulphides generally asblebs of pyrite.
Greenstone - same as in section 19 - 21.2.Silicified greenstone - fine grained, light gray, generally equant
grains, with large percentage of quartz present -rock highlyfractured, and these are filled with slickensided chlorite envel oped by thin silicified zone. Moderate amount of sulphides asblebs and thinCtreinlets in, or close to, silicified fractures.Sulphides mostly pyrite but minor pyrrhotite and a few specks ofchalcopyrite.
At 88 1 grades into highly schistose chloritic greenstone containingminor sulphides.
Greenstone - moderately schistose, chloritic, contains occasional1/8* - lAtt quartz stringers.
Greenstone - dense^ fine grained, dark green, less schistose -scatteredthin quartz veinlets occasionally bearing pyrite and crystals.158.6 - several gm*yii crystals of hematite associated with 1/li"quartz stringers.
