Dear Parents, Due to popular demand KYY is organizing a 2-Day Trip to 770 for the Grand Lag B’Omer Parade which promises to be the biggest yet. Details are being formalized but the general outline is as follows:
Departure: Motsei Shabbos, the 17th of Iyar, May 1st from LAX to JFK
Day 1
Arrive at the Ohel, write a Pan, Daven and then a Continental Breakfast in the large tent in the Ohel
Head to Crown Heights – 770 where we will be seated by the organizers in the VIP section followed by a full day of the Grand Parade and Rally (see attached Parade flyer)
Picnic Dinner overlooking the Brooklyn Bridge Finish Lag B’Omer with dancing with a live band in the Oholei
Torah Ballroom
Day 2
Davening in the Rebbe’s Room followed by a tour of the Rebbe’s Library
Breakfast Head to Manhattan for a
day of sightseeing of Chabad Houses and other sites including The Intrepid and Ground Zero.
Return: Monday night, the 19th of Iyar, May 3rd from JFK to LAX
This 2-Day Marathon will be a well balanced spectacular trip with lots of Ruchnias and Gashmias combined.
We are in the process of the final touch up’s however we are organizing a group airfare and need to know how many kinderlach our joining us. If you are seriously interested in having your son join us on this trip, please respond immediately to this e-mail and we will respond with exact details as soon as they are available. The cost per child will be somewhere in the vicinity of $300.00 which includes transportation.

The Etta Israel Center Ner Shoshana program is seeking a teacher work to with high school girls with developmental disabilities during the 2010/2011 academic year Monday through Friday. Job duties include developing the religious, general curriculum and recreational activities. Successful candidate will be educated in orthodox Jewish school practices and capable of creating a religious educational program. Applicants must have a high school diploma and some experience working with individuals with special needs.
