Log into Tazareo.net In the Upper blue bar- press VOX Tasks Check the small box (left column), Press the Task Name Accept the Task, (After you finish a Task, you also need to Complete the Task).

Accepting a BPO Task

The Task Details Tab shows- The BPO Type, The Client Company ID# and Client Asset ID#.

Task Description Tab Follow these 9 steps carefully to complete the BPO. Note: The type of BPO, Company ID#, and Client Asset # are in Task Details Tab.

Log into Taza360.com, enter your same username/password, OR in Tazareo.net press the Management button/TAZA360 auto login. Press NEW BPO and add the BPO type from the Task instructions in VoxTasks /Task Description tab

Add the TAZAVOX Asset ID and TAZAVOX Company ID (from the VOX Tasks- Task Details Tab) Press Confirm Property, if the Asset # is correct, the property address will auto load. DO NOT MANUALLY ADD THE ADDRESS. AN ADDRESS MIS-MATCH CAN RESULT IN YOU RE-DOING THE BPO

• Press Assigned BPOs/Inspections • Accept the BPO by pressing the Accept/Reject link in the action column • The property Address will link (underline), Press it to open the BPO

form

Start filling in BPO information by using the vertical menu in blue. Complete all tabs listed- Do not leave a field- UnKnown- use NA if a field doesn’t apply

Select Upload and Edit Subject property photos

Press the select button and find photos on your computer Your photos will be resized and you will see green dots to the left of them when

Type in the photo description, or select description from dropdown Press update when completed

Preview your BPO evaluation before you Submit. When you are done press the Submit button

Go to Tazareo.net Vox Tasks Go to the top of the Task, COMPLETE the Task
