Village crossing is the future of the Borrowdale area in Harare, Zim-babwe, housing leading international brands , banks, automotive showrooms, gyms, restaurants and a medical centre.

Village crossing was designed as a proposal set to transform, and indeed shape the future of shopping in the Borrowdale Area

Msasa OfficePark

The Msasa Office Park was designed as a budding concept for a develop-ment in Harare, which was to move offices out of the central city, to a less decongested part in the outskirts. A modern approach to the design was proposed to fit the clients needs . The office blocks were arranged parallel to the main site axis , creating a linear pattern both sides, allowing for easy navigation on site.

Metro BusinessSchool

The purpose of Metro Business School was to bring togeth-er diverse individuals and their ideas in an environment that creates potential and promotes intellectual,creative and social exchange. The design involves a drum housing a multipurpose auditorium, public functions in the trapezoid connecting the tower and the drum. Slanted wall features were included on the entrance side, visible from walkala-tor and Rainbow Hotel rooms to generate visual interest.

Hotel Tropicana is located in an exceptional place in Luanda, Angola central to the central business dis-trict.A minimal architecture of glass and cladding de-scribes the entrance and reveals the serene luxury of the interior .The hotel houses 112 suites along with facilities such as restaurant, lounge, spa, and ballroom.

The project for the school was a renovation for a school located in the post war-torn city of Luanda in Angola. The brief required an intricate facelift of the building and addition of more classroom blocks and amenities. The design re-sponse was to create a contemporary outlook of the school fused with its cur-rent identity. The choice of colours and materials was to reflect an architec-ture suitable for educational buildings given it being a primary school. An additional first floor was added to accommodate extra classrooms and offices

The project brief required an uplift of the architectural fabric of the building. As a building located in central Harare. It was part of a regeneration concept to the de-caying architecture characteristic of the city. Since the building was still intact structurally, a new concept to the outlook of the building was proposed, to suggest the contemporary nature desired.

Victoria Fall Cricket Stadium is a proposed cricket stadium in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. The brief called for a conceptual design of the cricket ground in such a way that once the stadium is completed, itwill be Zimbabwe’s third Test venue.,situated near to the iconic site on the River Zambezi between Zimbabwe and Zambia.

The house was designed for a client looking for a modern and contemporary feel as a design concept. A faceted edge design was employed to derive the outcome and light colours were used to lessen the mass of the building

House GwaradziHarare, ZimbabweConcept Design

The residence was designed on a steep site for a client requirind majestic views to the outlying area adjacent the building . A mix of rectangular and triangular forms were utilised for maximum visual interest fused with a contemporary residential architecture. The house fetured a cascading waterfall at the entrance as part of the brief, to create a relaxing feel to the unit as a whole.

House Nyamariwata

Designed for a rugged site, the residence was conceptu-alised as a modern ‘farm house’. Earth colurs and stone cladding were used to match the ‘bushy’ site where the residence is located. Large fenestrations were incorpo-rated to allow for adequate ventilation and lighting for a savannah climate.

The housing scheme is a cluster of a block of flats situtaed in the central city of Harare. Key to the devel-opment was to establish a community setup and the blocks were arranged to form a courtyard where resi-dents can interact and provide for green space, which is usually unavailable in a central business district area setup
