Our Legal Solutions Actually Cost Less•  Our In-House solutions can save a company thousands of dollars over traditional hourly-

rate aYorneys while providing superior service combined with relevant business advice.

•  Here’s why: Hourly rate aYorneys earn money based on time (not results), often tracking

their activities in six-minute or 15-minute intervals. At an hourly rate of $500, a simple

two minute phone call could cost as much as $125. Even a first year associate billing in

six-minute increments at $300 per hour will charge $30 for that two-minute phone call.

•  Traditional aYorneys are trained and incentivized to bill as many hours as possible, either

to generate more income or to meet their firm’s hourly rate requirements.

•  We offer basic, part-time, and full-time options for a flat fee. Our model allows you to

treat us as part of your business because we ARE part of the business, making ourselves

available to answer even the simplest questions.

Need tons of flexibility? Choose a block of 60, 90, or 120 hours to use as needed for a quarter (or 13 week period). If that’s not enough, you can add 10-hour expansion packs. The more hours you buy, the less your implied hourly rate.

Need an in-house attorney, but don’t have enough work to justify a full-time hire? Go with our Part-Time option. Choose 2, 3, or 4 days a week and we will be available on those days.

Need to cover a current legal team member’s leave of absence? Or maybe you’re having trouble finding the right full-time hire and you have to cover your bases in the meantime. Our Full-Time option was made for you, providing full-time legal help for as long (or short) as you need it.
