TERMS & CONDITIONS

Contractor / Client Obligation:

The following Infrastructure & facilities for smooth operations and prompt services to the employees will be required to be provided by client.

1 PERSONNEL We shall employ trained staff and endeavor to maintain the services to full satisfaction. All staff will be in neat & clean uniforms appropriate for their duties. We shall ensure high standard personnel hygiene for our staff.

A senior staff will be deputed to oversee the operations and co-ordinate with the management.

2 SERVICE TAX : Besides Service tax, other taxes as applicable shall be payable as prescribed by the

concerned tax authorities from time to time and the total monthly charge noted above.3 VALIDITY, RENEWAL & ESCALATION:

This agreement shall be in force for period of one year from the date of commencement of services. An Annual price escalation of 10 % on the monthly charges shall apply on commencement of every succeeding year.

4 BILLING & PAYMENT: SSB Facility Management Services Pvt.Ltd. shall raise the bill at the end of each

calendar month; and the party should make monthly payment within 10 days of submission of bill as Mentioned in the agreement.

5 Central government and State government will increase in minimum wages every six month ( i.e. 1ST April & 1ST October) every year as per minimum wages act that effect in salary payment, you shall make payment of difference accordingly to us till the agreement in existence.

6 We will pay the contribution of EPF, ESIC etc. pay to the concerned authorities periodically as per act.

7 Any disputes arising in relation to these terms and conditions or any dispute arising whether in contract or otherwise, are to be submitted to the Jurisdiction of the courts located at Surat, Gujarat for the resolution of all such disputes.

We have carefully read all the terms and conditions & have satisfied ourselves of the meaning implied therein and after fully understanding all the implications of these terms and conditions, we agree with them without any reservation, and undertake to abide by it fully and unconditionally.
