We continuously monitor quality measures in clinical care areas, medications, hospitalizations, care plans, survey results, resident and caregiver satisfaction, and resident

assessments.

We use resident and family surveys, feedback from the Resident Council, and input from care conferences and caregivers to make sure our residents feel loved, valued, and respected.

We work with our residents, their families, and their caregivers to create individualized goals for comfort

and care.
