Nestled in a beautifully wooded area with landscaped grounds and five atriums, Tanglewood Trace is considered one of Indiana’s premier senior living communities serving the South Bend, Mishawaka and Granger areas. Located near State Road 23 and the Indiana East-West Toll Road, our community offers 167 apartments with a variety of floor plans, including one- and two-bedroom rooms as well as private villas. With a full range of services, residents can remain here even if their health needs change.

Our common areas – including our lovely dining room, fitness center, beauty parlor and barbershop – give residents the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including day trips, educational programs and exercise classes. Tanglewood Trace is conveniently located in a residential area, near local churches, University Park Mall, numerous restaurants, grocery stores and banks. In addition, several medical facilities are close by, including Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center and a nursing home rehabilitation facility if ever needed.
