The LocationLeziate is a small village close to neighbouring ones that offer a choice of primary schools: Ashwicken Primary is just round the corner, and there’s Middleton and Pott Row, each with their own village schools. Springwood Secondary is this side of King’s Lynn with the school bus passing through the village, and the hospital is also only two and a half miles away. It’s about four miles into the centre of King’s Lynn where you can catch a direct train to London King’s Cross. In less than half an hour you can drive to the coast at Heacham, the start of miles and miles of unspoilt sandy beaches. HRH the Queen is a neighbour too of course, just six miles up the road at the Sandringham Estate! The county town of Norwich is about an hour’s drive forty miles east.
