TAMIMI Project Management System (PMS) combined with the Primavera Project Management (P6) tool for Planning and Scheduling, allows our team to continuously monitor various phases of the project in a seamless and coherent manner.

This consistent monitoring enables the teams to make timely “course correction” where necessary in order to ensure success in the execution of multidiscipline & complex projects.

Similarly, at our workshop, we opted for a highly efficient and user-friendly Integrated Piping Management System to monitor & produce flawless information initiating from the client’s provided technical documents and specification to the final dispatching of the spool. Through this system, we can accurately manage & control the following activities:

• Material Control & Management • Management of Welder Qualifications (WRS &

PQR)• Generation of Spools (Shop & Weld Joints)• Monitoring Of Welding Processes• Tracking of finished Spools for Transportation



AUTOMATIC PIPE SPOOL FABRICATION FACILITY

TIS always strives and intends to provide the best solutions to its prestigious clients by way of introducing modern equipment and technologies within its facilities to meet challenges.



Keeping the same spirit, TIS has established a fully dedicated and purpose built Automatic Pipe Spool Fabrication Workshop spread on a staggering land of 50,000 M2 Area located in Jubail-2 (Opposite to SADARA Project).

This shop has been equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to ensure most efficient & consistently good quality of Pipe Spool Fabrication services covering High Speed Auto Cutting, Auto Beveling as well as Auto Welding with upto Pipe Size of 60”.

TIS takes pride to diversify itself amongst other companies in the region that offers exclusive Automatic Pipe Spool Fabrication services upto 60” of pipe size, whereas the overall production capacity of this Auto shop is more than 2,500 DI/Day & covers all wall thicknesses & types of weldable Piping Material such as CS, SS, AS, Duplex... etc

This shop is managed by highly experienced & qualified team of professionals supported by computerized communication systems that fully integrate continuously tracking and reporting of fabrication activities in compliance to Clients specific Standards & Specifications starting from receipt of IFC drawings & to the shipment of finished spools to Clients’ Project Sites.

Additionally, there are separate allocated areas for the subsequent Piping activities in the workshop:• RT Bunker & PWHT Area• Fully controlled & well developed Sand Blasting

& Painting Area

Pressure Safety Valves (PSVs) & Breather Valves are the most critical component & safety devices of any system and thereby widely used in the operating plants to prevent damage to existing equipment due to excess internal pressure.

Owing to their abundance importance, TIS offers contemporary solutions (On-site) with Portable Mobile Shop equipped with all the latest equipment of Ventil to test & calibrate PSVs in-situ ranging from 1/2” – 16” to optimize the cost as well as downtime to the minimum.

MOBILE SHOP FOR ON-SITE PRESSURE SAFETY VALVE INSPECTION & MAINTENANCE:



To meet the Industrial demand & provide in-house best quality services related to Valve Repair & Overhauling Services, TIS has established a dedicated Valve Maintenance Facility in its Workshop in Jubail-2.

This state-of-the-art facility is fully equipped with the Internationally renowned Ventil branded PSVs as well as Shut off Valves Test benches having required accessories to exceed the customers demands during critical breakdowns, planned shutdowns as well as during Major Turnarounds

TIS has wide range of service and maintenance expertise with a team of experienced Engineers and

certified Technicians fully skilled to handle all type of valves including but not limited to Gate, Globe, Check, Ball, Plug, Butterfly as well as & actuators & Safety Relief Valves in compliance to the International Codes & Standards e.g. ASME, API etc.

The purpose built established workshop provides the following Valve related services to the Customers:
