Salary process questions

• Salary process: – DataPath compensation philosophy/model and salary criterias - It should be clear

to all employees what DP wants to reward, how wages are set within DP and how the model links to the employees performance over the year.

– Salary cost over the company? What can the company afford to pay for various roles?

Career development q´s:– Employees should own their own career development and leaders should be

there to support by provide feedback and coaching – but we also need guidelines regarding the possibilities offered by DP and possible “roads” (also to be

discussed individual together with Manager).
