On August 1945, A SECOND ATOMIC

BOMB WAS DROPPED ON NAGASAKI.

It explodes 1,540 feet above the ground. The

original target for the bomb, nicknamed

Fat Man,is Kokura, Japan. Due to cloud cover, the bomb isinstead detonated over Nagasaki, the alternatelocation. It is estimated that 75,000 people are

killed immediately

All were scarred, burnt and afraid

Powerless and helpless were they made.

Woeful were all the hillsWasteful were all the grills

None to share their moans None to lessen their groans

The flowers, flavours all smashed

Burnt, crushed and all dashedAnd all passed through the grindLeaving there nothing behind.

Cared not for the human ri hts Nor saved them from deadly fights
