About TPA Noshir Talati is the founder

of Talati and Panthaky

associates. Started hiscareer at the age 22 in a

100sq office in Mumbai. In 1964 his friend Naushir

De Vitre became his partnerin his company.

In 1975 the company Talatiand Panthaky Associates

was established with thejoining of the currentpartner Nozer Panthaky.

During 1995-2005 TPA

diversified in offering project

management services andtook Mr Shahrookh Mehta as

a director.

In 2006 TPA moved to their

current office at ceejay house

and also established offices

in Muscat ,Oman under the

name Towell Talati to cater to

the middle east region

In 2008-2009 TPA established

ties with internationally

renowned firms .

Ceejay House is located in the heart of Central Mumbai and itis here that TPA enjoys its 17,000 sq.ft. headquarters on the

sixth floor.

Ceejay house is located right on the sea face due to which the

exterior is clad in grey and black granite making it durable andmaintenance free from saline air of the Arabian sea.

The attractive glass atrium that brings natural light into the

centre of the building due to which the light filled lobby is

visible from every floor. The design of Ceejay house provides column free spaces

which allows maximum flexibility in planning along with

imposing public spaces .
