Taking Out Spaces Between Paragraphs in Microsoft Word

In longer documents, if you need to take out spaces between paragraphs, you can use Find and Replace.

Select the Find and Replace on the Home ribbon (or press the shortcut keys CTRL+H).

In Find What: type ^p^p (lowercase) then type ^p in Replace With: Then click Replace All
