DiversifytheProductMixManagementsaidthat,undertheRunway2020plan,thecompanyislookingtorebalanceitsproductmixandexpanditsopportunitybeyondaccessories.Today,handbagsrepresent70%ofthecompany’soverallsales,butthatshareisexpectedtofallto62%by2020.Partofthisdecreasewillresultfromthecompanyreducinginventoryinitswholesaledistributionchannels.Thecompanyprojectsthatthehandbagbusinesswillseeflattolow-single-digitgrowththrough2020,andthatmostofthegrowthinhandbagswillcomefromAsia.Additionally,managementprojectsthattheNorthAmericanhandbagmarketwillseeflattoslightlynegativegrowthoverthesameperiod,whereasEuropewillseelow-tosingle-digitgrowth.
