FC1 Basic Kit for Hydronic Assembly
Cimberio's Hydronic Kits are built according to your system's needs. Choose a Basic Kit for simple manual on/off isolation, a Balanced Kit for more options tuned to the needs of your system, or an Automated Kit for those applications where balancing and interfacing with a building management system are needed. Each kit contains several options including valve and strainer options, hose sizes and lengths, and end connections.
Build your Hydronic Kit according to the needs of your system.
Step 1 Choose between a basic (FC1), balanced (FC2), or automated (FC3) kit depending on the level of efficiency your system requires.
-Basic Kit includes 2 manual isolation valves and 2 hoses. Choose this kit for single coil applications or those hook-ups that require simple manual isolation.
-Balanced Kit includes manual isolation valve, balancing valve, and 2 hoses. Choose this kit for multiple coil applications where system balancing is required.
-Automated Kit includes isolationvalve, balancing valve, zone valve option, and 2 hoses. Choose this kit for applications that require system balancing as well as an interface with a building management system.
Step 2 Choose the size you need: ½", ¾", or 1".
Step 3 Choose your connection type: NPT, sweat, or press.
Step 4 Choose your valves. Each kit comes with at least two valves (the automated kit includes an option for a third valve). There are eight different valves to choose from. All Cimberio valves are manufactured to the highest quality set by ISO 9001 standards.
Step 5 Choose your hose length: 12", 18", 24", and custom hose lengths are available or optional.
All kits are shipped fully assembled and ready for hook-up.
Example: FC1-04-CC-11-200MB-12-12 (This would be a ½" kit with SWT connections that includes a Cim11 upstream isolation ball valve, Cim200MB downstream isolation ball valve with dual side drain taps, and two 12" long hoses.)

Cimberio's Monolink is an innovative and compact valve assembly that combines the components required for flushing and commis-sioning an HVAC system into a single unit. The Monolink comibines an isolation valve with integral strainer, drain port, a built-in special bypass valve, and a manual or automated balancing valve. Thanks to the isolation valve fitted on the flow side, it is possible to clean and service the strainer without having to drain down the whole system. Only four connections are required and, because the connections are simple union joints, the whole assembly can be adjusted on site for maximum convenience and easy accessibility, even in limited space.
