Motivation Anping Fort , the oldest

Fort in Taiwan, has cultural value and profound historical meaning to Tainan people

Anping Fort gradually entered from history to tourism.

Taiwan city is also called Anping city and Chihkan city

Originally built by Dutch

Reconstucted during Japanese colonial period is called Anping Fort until today.

The whole fort is made by glutinous rice, syrup, sand and oyster shell powder

There are many remnants of the existing fort, which is the largest treasure in Anping.

It took over 10 years to build (1624-1634).

The difficulties uncounted and how we solved the problems

Difficulties : Some stores didn’t want to be interviewed , because they were so busy

they didn’t have time. How we solve the problem : We

found other stores to interview. No sharing secret recipes.

The impact of the project To let more people know Tainan have

many local cuisine , and a lot of ancient monuments . Also we can gain knowledge by exploring ourselves going there.
