Recognizing the Eco-Soc committee as a common standard of achievement for combating economic crisis causing food price crisis, addressing the statues of women in developing nation and preparing for Pandemic Diseases in developing countries,

Stressing on preparing pandemic disease, especially for HIV/AIDS, AIDS killed 25 million people,

Noting with deep concerns serious problem to the entire world, AIDS is a medical condition. HIV causes AIDS; a person is diagnosed with AIDS when their immune system is too weak to fight off infections,

Causing by infection of HIV routed from sexual infection, blood infection and infection from mother to infants,

Emphasizing that people don’t get HIV from hugging, tearing and sweating,

Keeping mind that when the common people with cold cough the infected HIV person will be in danger,

Having UN said in their millennium goal declaration, their efforts to fight against HIV,

Reaffirming the problem of HIV, following possible solution,

Sharing the Microbiological Department of the Karolinska Hospital should share the detailed preparedness plans as an example best practice,

Confirm to need for attention to national and local surge capacity in some areas such as hospital preparedness for all departments,

Mindful of develops training courses and materials for health staff for use in a pandemic, • Access to pandemic vaccine will be limited. • Groups in society other than those prioritized for annual influenza vaccination may need to be prioritized for vaccination in the event of a pandemic, e.g. those with socially important functions, and • A new strain of virus may mean that other groups in society than is normally the case are at greater risk of being affected by serious disease, and for that reason need prioritizing for vaccination.

Request the world needs to take up the challenge of HIV/AIDS in earnest and start achieving real results. Both the countries hit by the disease and the low prevalence regions of the world need to take their common responsibility.
