How to define your personal leadership
• List your traits, strengths and values. Words that describe how you want to be viewed as a person and as a leader.
• Combine these words to define your identity.
How to develop your personal leadership strategic plan
Write a Retirement speech. Include words from Family, friends, colleagues, community of your lifetime achievement.
Lifetime achievement award: Included traits, accomplishments, community service and general life philosophy.
